Sonic 1 Disassembly

In s1.asm file in Hivebrain's June 2005 disassembly, i can't find the tiles for obj3A ("sonic has passed" title cards). It wasn't in any of the split folders and i can't find on offset for it so i can extract it from the rom on any sites. Also i noticed if i add too much to the normal title cards (like put in larger letters) parts of the letters are transparent but become visble when the level loads and some of the art is all garbaged looking. If you want pics i'll post them. Any help woukd be great!
