So, I've written my own custom implementations of the Nemesis, Enigma, and Kosinski decompression functions. I figured it would be nice to have, in an event that anyone is weary of using Sega's versions due to a fear of some kind of legal problem or whatever. Also was a nice exercise to better understand these formats. I must disclose that these were not programmed with optimization in mind, so, if you are looking for something that is, try looking here (only for Nemesis and Kosinski decompression).
